libfltk-forms1.3 software package provides Fast Light Toolkit - Forms compatibility layer support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfltk-forms1.3
libfltk-forms1.3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfltk-forms1.3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfltk-forms1.3 *
